Hatozaki 12 Year Old Umeshu Cask Finish 70clThis craft whisky is a blend comprising of premium small batch single malts of at least 5 to 6 years old. The blend is further aged for 12 years in American oak casks before it is then finished in barrels that previously held the superior Umeshu liqueur for 6 months. Without colouring or chill filtration this perfectly balanced whisky is complemented with subtle accents of sweet infused Japanese plums.

I'm very picky about taste, especially the coffee syrup. I have tried several and most do not even taste like the "name" on the bottle. I decided to try this one and it is so good, it tastes like butterscotch. Mmmmm

I like the butterscotch taste. It’s really good with caramel coffee. The pump isn’t exactly smooth so it splashes a bit. When you first insert the pump into the bottle, be sure the pump is twisted into the open position.
