Sotol is not distilled from agave, but from the Sotol plant or desert spoon. The most common sotol varietal is Dasylirion wheeleri, Asparagaceae, a plant that grows wild throughout the Southwestern United States and Northern Mexico.

This is a tragedy 😭

First of all, front cover has a huge crease, not a big deal. Then I go through the book, and pages are stuck together, printing error. Okay, I can get over it, but then there's GLITTER ALL ON MY HANDS. I feel like this is an arts and craft project a kindergartner swapped with the book I ordered, would buy again
