Arrowhead Stadium is located in Kansas City, MO, where it primarily serves as the home venue of the Kansas City Chiefs of the NFL. When the Dallas Texans of the AFL relocated to Kansas City in 1963 and were renamed the Kansas City Chiefs, they played home games at Municipal Stadium. Construction began in 1968, and the Chiefs eventually moved into Arrowhead Stadium in 1972.
