Homles Cay Versailles 2018 Single Cask Rum55% ABV This single cask rum was produced at the Diamond Distillery in Guyana on the legendary Versailles wooden pot still. The still is made from Guyanese greenheart wood, an incredibly dense tropical wood, and it was built in the 19th century at Plantation Versailles, a former sugar estate.
