285785 Whirlpool Washer Direct Drive ClutchThis Top Load Washer Clutch Assembly drives the drum during the spin portion of the wash cycle. If your clothes are still soaked after spinning, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. This kit includes (1) clutch assembly, (1) brake cam driver, (2) springs, (1) retaining ring, (1) baring and installation instructions. Note that the blue spring should be used in large capacity washers; the black spring is for use in compact washing machines.
