Dunder is composed of the remaining liquid in a pot still at the end of a distillation rum that is rich in enzymes, flavors, and spent yeast from the ferment. It is collected and added to from batch to batch. A distiller will add a small amount of it to a new ferment which adds estery, tropical complexity to the ensuing

Smells like fresh coffee very nice, it makes your hair baby soft and smelling good. I'm so glad I purchased this I use it once a week.
