Made from a unique blend of botanicals which includes a rare variety of Angelica which was brought to the Island by the Vikings and stiil grows wild on the Island. This botanical became one of the defing ingriedienst along with Ramanas Rose, Burnet Rose and Borage. Uniquely, weve also used traditional Orkney bere barley in our recipe.
