The mats are 5mm thick providing a nice firm base for cutting with rotary and utility knives. The small cutting mat is that it has two different sides. The green side has a stitching spacing guide to help you decide which pricking irons to use and the gray side has a square grid for cutting. The large cutting mat has a square grid on both gray and green sides.

No extra Cleanup!
Best paper plates. The other plates don’t hold food, they break down and spill your food. Dixie does not. Little more expensive, but worth it. You save money on cleanup..
