14 oz Premium Boneless Ribeye (12 steaks, 10.5 lb average)Seared Ribeye Pan method Generously coat the steak with flaky salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium high to high heat. Once the pan is very hot, add the ribeye. Sear for 4 6 minutes per side, or until medium rare (an internal temp of 125 F) Remove from the pan, let rest for 5 minutes. As the ribeye rests, it will continue to cook to a perfect medium rare. Grill Method Generously coat the steak with flaky salt and pepper. Grill over medium high
