Amazon Melatonin? Amazing!
These work as well or better than some of the more expensive ones my wife usually gets. They don't dissolve in your mouth and they arent gummies. No extra sugars involved. Puts me to sleep quite well and allows me to stay asleep. No bad taste, no weird dreams. No side effects.
