This semi worsted yarn is a blend of Corriedale and Perendale, a traditional Double Knit (DK) weight yarn with a three fold twist (three strands plied together) to give durability and great stitch definition.

Written by Sophie Merle, The Book of Tapping: Emotional Acupressure with EFT is a short, concise and simple but straightforward guide to Tapping.
What I liked best about this book is that - it is very easy to understand, making it possible for anyone and everyone to explore EFT.
Since this is a very short book, I understand that not much is covered, just the basics predominantly, but if you are looking for an introduction to EFT Tapping and uncomplicated explanations and ideas, this is a book you can check out!
