Description
The Hemingway DaiquiriThis variation on a traditional daiquiri was inspired by famed author Ernest Hemingway a man who was known to enjoy a good cocktail or two. Thanks to his time spent in Cuba in the 1920s, Hemingway had a well known affection for the daiquiri, which is what inspired the bartenders at La Floridita to create a special version Hemingway could call his own. Light, tart, and bright, this cocktail truly shines when fresh, quality ingredients are used.
