GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength Batch 7Our very first bottling of The GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength happened by chance. In 2017, whilst reviewing parcels of stock from 2007 and 2008, our Master Distiller Billy Walker was so delighted by the balance and depth of the samples that he immediately decided to add a younger expression to our core range. Easy to use Quality kit
I’ve had this 18-ounce matcha whisk set for a while now and use it regularly. The set comes with a ceramic bowl, a whisk holder, a whisk, a teaspoon scooper, and a matcha sifter, in a soft pink color that’s quite subtle and pretty. Everything feels sturdy and is easy to clean, which definitely makes the whole matcha preparation process straightforward.
The only hiccup was that the sifter arrived a bit bent and indented, but since I had extras at home, it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, it’s a solid and pleasant set for making matcha and arrived well packaged.
Very happy! 4 star just cause of the sifter.

matcha preparation set
I thought it would be very fragile, but it's sturdy and the whisk is holding up.
