It’s a beautiful soft Material, way better than any pillow I’ve ever owned. It’s cool to the touch and remains fluffy and durable. I’ve had it over a month and still love it just as much as day one! These pillows arrive air tight, once you open the expand very slowly. I put them in the dryer on cool for about 3 or 4 minutes and they fluffed right up!!! They arrived yesterday evening, I have not used them yet, I will need to remove some of the shredded Memory Foam as it is way to much for me. I will update after a night or two. they are soft to touch and feel cooler if you leave your hand on a for little bit. I'm excited to try them out. Hoping and praying they work for bad necks, backs and shoulders, seems to be Nice quality.
