I definitely use it at night before going to bed to help keep my mouth less dry. I also use Biotene mouth wash and other products that I'll rate another time. I love this toothpaste; I believe it's helpful for my diagnosis.

Chemical free is important

I don’t like doing fluoride, but I do know that some fluoride is important so this is the cleanest fluoride toothpaste I could find and I use it in conjunction with a non-fluoride toothpaste I have I love the flavor. I love the fact that it doesn’t have a lot of the bad chemicals in it.
